Reguli de facturare

Fără surprize, prin design.

Billed monthly in EUR; annual prepay = 2 months free (pay for 10).

Daily proration when you add or remove a connector mid-cycle.

The tier base is the floor — usage adds on top, it never bills below base.

Multi-currency NET GMV is converted to EUR at the ECB reference rate on the invoice date.

A propagation is billed when an order lands in a destination. An order cancelled before sync is never billed; a refund credits the GMV toll on NET but the propagation stays billed (the sync work was done).

Ce înseamnă mai exact o „propagare”?

O comandă care ajunge într-un sistem destinație. Dacă o comandă vinde către două canale, sunt două propagări — pentru că am făcut muncă de două integrări. E unitatea cinstită: scalează cu ceea ce facem efectiv, nu cu un număr pe care nu îl poți vedea.

Cei 0,1% sunt un comision de marketplace?

Nu. Un comision plătește pentru furnizarea unui canal de vânzare — tu deja îți deții canalele; noi mutăm datele. Cei 0,1% sunt un toll subțire pentru valoarea transportată prin infrastructura noastră, perceput doar peste pragul fără toll al tier-ului tău și doar pe NET, așa că rambursările și anulările se creditează înapoi.

Ce se întâmplă când rambursez o comandă?

Propagarea rămâne facturată (munca de sincronizare a fost făcută și nu poate fi anulată), dar valoarea comenzii iese din NET GMV, deci tollul nu se mai percepe pe ea. Fiecare reversare apare pe dashboard ca un minus vizibil.

Pot plăti anual?

Da — plata anuală în avans înseamnă 2 luni gratuite (plătești pentru 10). Facturarea e în EUR; NET GMV în mai multe valute e convertit la cursul de referință BCE din data facturii.

Ce fac dacă al meu canal nu e în catalog?

Îl construim în maniera platformei — un manifest, o implementare de connector, un schema catalog — și intră live prin același engine, fără nicio modificare în core. Asta e o construcție de connector la cerere, evaluată și ofertată.
