What exactly is a "propagation"?
One order landing in a destination system. If one order sells to two channels, that is two propagations — because we did two integrations’ worth of work. It is the honest unit: it scales with what we actually do, not with a number you can’t see.
Is the 0.1% a marketplace commission?
No. A commission pays for providing a sales channel — you already own your channels; we move the data. The 0.1% is a thin toll for value carried across our infrastructure, taken only above your tier’s toll-free threshold and only on NET, so refunds and cancellations are credited back.
What happens when I refund an order?
The propagation stays billed (the sync work was done and can’t be un-done), but the order’s value leaves your NET GMV, so the toll is un-charged on it. Every reversal shows on your dashboard as a visible negative.
Can I pay annually?
Yes — annual prepay is 2 months free (you pay for 10). Billing is in EUR; multi-currency NET GMV is converted at the ECB reference rate on the invoice date.
What if my channel isn’t in the catalog?
We build it the platform way — a manifest, a connector implementation, a schema catalog — and it goes live through the same engine with zero core changes. That’s an on-demand bespoke connector build, scoped and quoted.
