Számlázási szabályok

Meglepetések nélkül, tervezetten.

Billed monthly in EUR; annual prepay = 2 months free (pay for 10).
Daily proration when you add or remove a connector mid-cycle.
The tier base is the floor — usage adds on top, it never bills below base.
Multi-currency NET GMV is converted to EUR at the ECB reference rate on the invoice date.
A propagation is billed when an order lands in a destination. An order cancelled before sync is never billed; a refund credits the GMV toll on NET but the propagation stays billed (the sync work was done).

Pontosan mi az a „propagálás”?

Egy rendelés megérkezése egy célrendszerbe. Ha egy tétel két csatornára kerül eladásra, az két propagálás — mert két integrációnyi munkát végeztünk. Ez a tisztességes egység: azzal skálázódik, amit valóban teszünk, nem egy olyan számmal, amelyet Ön nem lát.

A 0,1% egy marketplace-jutalék?

Nem. A jutalék egy értékesítési csatorna biztosításáért fizet — Ön már a sajátja csatornáit birtokolja; mi az adatot mozgatjuk. A 0,1% egy vékony díj az infrastruktúránkon átvitt értékért, amelyet csak a szintje díjmentes küszöbe felett és csak a NET-en veszünk fel, így a visszatérítések és lemondások jóváírásra kerülnek.

Mi történik, ha visszatérítek egy rendelést?

A propagálás kiszámlázva marad (a szinkronmunka megtörtént, és nem vonható vissza), de a rendelés értéke kikerül a NET GMV-jéből, így a díj rá nem terhelődik. Minden visszafordítás látható negatívumként jelenik meg a vezérlőpultján.

Fizethetek évente?

Igen — az éves előrefizetés 2 hónap ingyen (10-et fizet). A számlázás EUR-ban történik; a többdevizás NET GMV az EKB referencia-árfolyamán kerül átváltásra a számla dátumán.

Mi van, ha a csatornám nincs a katalógusban?

A platform módján építjük meg — egy manifest, egy connector-implementáció, egy schema catalog —, és ugyanazon a motoron, nulla magmódosítással kerül élesbe. Ez egy igény szerinti, egyedi connector-építés, felmérve és árajánlatozva.
